Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

ContentConcepts provides digital services including software, automations, training programs, content, and digital assets that are delivered instantly upon purchase or activation. Due to the immediate access nature of these services, all payments are final and generally non-refundable.

2. Why No Refunds?

  • Instant access to platform features, integrations, and digital assets.
  • Immediate provisioning of accounts, licenses, and technical resources after payment.
  • Protection against misuse or unauthorised benefit from accessible digital content.

3. Razorpay Payments & Receipts

  • All payments are processed through Razorpay. A confirmation receipt is issued by Razorpay on successful payment.
  • A GST invoice (where applicable) is sent to the email address on record within 3 working days.
  • Payment reconciliation, refunds, and reversals are processed via Razorpay and may take time depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time by emailing connect@contentconcepts.ai. Access continues until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise specified. We do not refund unused portions of a paid term.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails or is charged twice in error, Razorpay typically auto-reverses the duplicate or failed transaction within 5 to 7 working days. If you do not see the reversal in that window, write to us at connect@contentconcepts.ai with your transaction ID and we will help you resolve it.

6. Chargebacks

We request that you contact us first before raising a dispute or chargeback with Razorpay or your bank. Disputes raised without prior contact may lead to suspension of access pending resolution.

7. Support First

If you experience any issue with your account, billing, or service delivery, please reach out to our team. We aim to resolve genuine concerns quickly and fairly.

8. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You were charged by mistake due to a clear technical error attributable to us.
  • The paid service was not delivered due to our fault and could not be remedied within a reasonable time.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay and may take 7 to 14 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
